Long live "DOLCE CALABRIA"! - this is how I want to express my gratitude to this company! We met Antonino Stropoli over 10 years ago. In those early years my husband and I were just looking for properties in Calabria. Then we came for the first time to rest in this region of Italy and we fell in love with Calabria at first sight. The beauty of the Tyrrhenian coast left no doubts: this is where we would like to meet the autumn of our life! Ten years ago, Antonino, still a young man at the time, showed us various real estate objects and spoke enthusiastically about small villages with ancient history. We walked for a long time towards our dream and finally, 2 years ago, we realized it thanks to Antonino! 

With the help of Antonino Stropoli and his wife Anna, the buying and selling operation took place without difficulty and without bureaucracy. High professionalism, ability to work with customers, correct selection of partners distinguish this real estate agency.

We were pleasantly surprised and also amazed that the deal was completed in record time, considering it was a "secondary property"! Less than a month has passed from the moment of the real estate selection to the closing of the deal! We flew to Calabria for just 5 days in November to sign the contract and close the deal. Everything was organized and prepared exclusively: the signing of the contract with the seller in the presence of a notary, a translator and a Russian-speaking lawyer took a couple of hours and took place exactly at the agreed time and date. I would like to underline that the collaboration with Dolce Calabria continues even after the conclusion of the agreement, like all technical and organizational issues relating to bills, taxes, etc. led by 

Aside, I would like to thank Anna: she advised us to order furniture for the apartments and a master who can do cosmetic repairs for us. For the remaining 3 days, we ordered furniture and repairs, agreed on materials and terms. In April we arrived in a renovated and furnished apartment! Everything was ready to live, all that remained was to hang things in the cupboards and arrange the dishes! A new happy phase of life has begun in a truly heavenly place - in Briatica in Calabria, on the legendary coast of Ulysses!  

With Antonino, Anna, Antonia we have become good friends, we know that they will always answer any of our questions and requests and will support us.
